You will be able to focus on one of two areas of study – restaurant management or kitchen management. The two routes offer you an opportunity to enhance your personal development through studying a range of core units and specialist options, depending on your intended career path.
Over the duration of the course you will study modules that will build a number of key skills for the hospitality industry. Towards the end of the course you will be able tailor modules to give you the knowledge and skills in a specific area.
Teaching staff are industry experts based and lectures will feature guest speakers who are experienced at both management and strategic level.
